RETURN POLICY

We offer a 72-hour return window for unused and unworn jewellery in exchange for store credit.

 To be eligible for a return:

  • The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • A ₹250 delivery fee will apply for the return

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at worldoffian@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9820736560
  2. Please share photos of the product when you get in touch
  3. We’ll guide you through the return process once we receive your request

 Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.


 Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been worn or used
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Returns due to size issues (please refer to sizing info on each product page)
  • Slight colour differences due to screen settings

Note: All photos are taken in daylight using premium studio equipment, but slight variations in colour may occur due to screen resolutions.


We reserve the right to reject a return if the reason provided does not meet our return policy criteria.

DAMAGE POLICY

We’re truly sorry if your Fian piece arrived damaged. Every order goes through a strict quality check before dispatch, but occasionally, damage can occur during transit.

If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to share images or videos of the item to help us assess the issue. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement of the same product as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Any damage claim raised after 24 hours of delivery will be subject to the brand’s discretion. Our team will evaluate the situation and determine whether the item qualifies for an exchange based on the nature of the damage.
  • If an exchange is approved after the 24-hour window, a ₹250 delivery fee will apply.

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on Sunday / holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS WITHIN INDIA

FIAN ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns.

We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery time.

DELIVERY TIME

Products are shipped from our warehouse in 2-5 business days after an order is placed (depending on product availability). It may take another 2-6 business days for it to be delivered to the customers after it is dispatched.
