RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 7 day return policy for unused and unworn jewellery in exchange for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be in the same condition as that when you received it, unworn and unused, in its original packaging (with the invoice).

To initiate a return, you can contact us at worldoffian@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at 9820736560 (photos of the product are necessary). Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

 We will guide you through the return process once you get in touch with us.

Please note the below products are not eligible for return or exchange

- We do not accept returns for size issues as the sizing for each product has been mentioned in the description of the product.

- If a product is customized or engraved returns will not be accepted.

- Any return related to slight colour differences will not be accepted under this policy as

We take all our photos in a studio in day light with premium lenses. However there might be very slight changes in colours as it depends on phone screen resolution and colour settings.

If we are unsatisfied with the reason for the return, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product.

DAMAGE POLICY

Damage policy has a timeline of 24 hours after delivery of your product.

We apologise for the product being damaged, we do a thorough quality check before dispatching any order, however there is a small chance of the product getting damaged in transit.

In case you have received a damaged product you can get in touch with us within 24 hours after the delivery in order to return it.

You would have to send us images/videos of the product; this will help us get an understanding of the issue.

If accepted, a replacement product (the same one that you had purchased) would be sent to you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed before 12:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time or on Sunday / holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS WITHIN INDIA

FIAN ships products to most major cities in India through reputed couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns.

We are continuously trying to expand our presence and shorten our delivery time.

DELIVERY TIME

Products are shipped from our warehouse in 2-5 business days after an order is placed (depending on product availability). It may take another 2-6 business days for it to be delivered to the customers after it is dispatched. The total time for an order to reach the customer is 4-10 business days within India excluding the day when the order was placed.
